765 / 1096 : It is snowing in the Lower Mainland again...and everyone is complaining. Damn city didn't sand the roads!!! Why isn't my side street plowed!! Damn drivers who don't know how to drive in the snow!............................reality check folks.....you at least have a nice, warm, safe place to be......lets put this in perspective
